Aaron Fleming – Business Development Manager

Aaron is a Business Development Manager, where he helps clients bring product concepts to life through expert engineering collaboration. With dual degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering from Penn State, he brings a diverse background spanning subsea robotics, cryogenic systems, and medical device R&D. His experience in both engineering and technical sales enables him to understand customer challenges and deliver effective, tailored solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, skiing, golf and exploring new places.
